_ABILITIES: Julius is a fixer of clocks. In his world, that makes him the equivalent of a Mortician, Undertaker, or as some describe it - a god. In his world, fixing one of those clocks allows another person to be born with that clock as their heart, although they will be born anew, with no memories of any previous life. Outside of Wonderland, that power would have no effect, likely. Certainly he'd still be able to fix them on a mechanical level, but barring the fact that it is not a clock of someone from Wonderland, he would not be able to give it life.
He is also shown to be able to transform a wrench he has in his possession into a gun. That gun is now only deadly, but in his canon, it allows him to shoot into the sky and change the time of day at will between morning, noon, evening and night in any order.
